1. Why don’t the videos play when I view a workout?

If you are not able to view the workout videos you may need to download the latest version of quicktime. Click here to download. If the page says you need to add a plug in then we do not have an exercise available for your request. To fix this problem try and select more equipment options or fitness level options. We are working hard to fix this problem.

2. What workout goal is right for me?

To find out exactly what type of workout goal you can check out our workout legend which has a complete description of all of the workout plans you can choose from. On this page you can also see pictures of the equipment we use on the site. If you are interested you can click on the pictures and you will be directed to Perform Better’s website where you can purchase any equipment you may need.

3. Why can’t I see all of the premade workouts?

Besides the free featured workout, the premade workouts are only for paid members. If you would like to view these workout you can sign up for our basic membership program here. If you are a paid member and still are not receiving access to these workout please contact us at info@myworkoutcreator.com.

4. Can I select multiple pieces of equipment for one workout?

Yes you can. Simply hold down the Crtl button and select whatever equipment you have available.

5. Why does it take so long to load the videos for a workout?

Because each workout has multiple videos to load it will take a minute or two to complete load the videos. If you would like the page to load faster you can select links to videos for the display option. This will allow for the workouts to load in seconds. If you are not familiar with an exercise or would like to see the correct form you can watch exercises individually.

6. Can I request workouts, workout goals, exercises, or piece of equipment to be added.

Of course. We want our workout programs to best fit your needs. If you have any requests we would be happy to add them to our database. Just email us at info@myworkoutcreator.com.

7. How many times per week should I be doing these workouts?

This really depends on your goal and what type of workout you are doing. Generally you want to rest 24-48hrs in between strength sessions. If you are performing total body workouts this is extremely important. If you are doing a split routine where you only train certain muscle groups you can train on back to back days as long as you are not repeated muscle groups. Generally should be strength training 2-4 days per week.

8. What weight should I be using?

This is obviously depend on your strength level. You do want to choose weights that are challenging to you. Whatever the recommended reps are you should be struggling by the end. If you can get all of the recommended weights for all of the sets required then next time you need to increase the weight. It is also extremely important that you are keeping form and completing full range of motion for each exercise. If you cannot you will have to drop the weight down until you can.

9. What if I can not complete all the reps that are recommended?

The reps are merely goals to reach for. If you cannot get all of the reps then you can decrease the weight or modify it to make it easier. If you still cannot complete a set then get as many as you can with good form. You should print out the workout so you can track how many reps you are getting and work to improve it each workout.

10. How can I stop my subscription?

You can cancel your membership at anytime. To do so you need to either log in to your paypal account or your clickbank account depending on how you initially registered. Through there you can cancel your membership plan. If you still have problems you can email us at info@myworkoutcreator.com.
