Step 1: Create an account

To get started on My Workout Creator you can either create a free account or sign up for a membership. For a free account you will receive 1 new featured workout per week to try out and access to our resource page which has nutrition guidelines, cardio workouts programs, and some of our favorite online resources. You can also sign up for either a monthly or yearly membership where you will receive complete access to our site including unlimited customized workouts and access to our premade workouts which features workouts from experts such as Alwyn Cosgrove and Craig Ballantyne. Step 2: Select your criteria

Our workouts created on My Workout Creator are customized to fit your needs. You tell us what type of program you are looking for and we will build it. You can select what your goal is, what equipment you have available, what fitness level you are, and the type of workout you want to perform. Once we know what type of workout you are looking for we can start building. Step 3: Receive your workout

In a matter of minutes you will receive your customized workout that will get you going. Each workout will tell you exactly what to and show you a video description of each exercise. You will also be able to print out a workout log to track your progress, save up to 3 workouts at one time, and email the program to yourself.

Step 4: Get to work and repeat

Once you have your workout you can give it a try. If you don’t like the workout you were given or are getting bored with it you can come back and create a new one by following the same steps. You can create an unlimited amount of workouts.
