8 Week Weight Loss Challenge Program

Are you looking for a quick program that will get you fast results? This is the actually program I used for my latest 8 week challenge program. The results I have received from this program have been amazing. The first 4 weeks you will alternate between two workouts for 2-3 workouts per week. You do the same for the last 4 weeks with the second two workouts.
