Screamers

Start with 3 push ups and 1 tuck jumps as fast as you can. Continue to add 3 push ups and one tuck jump each round until you miss a rep then count back down. (i.e. 3 push ups, 1 tuck jump, 6 push ups, 2 tuck jumps, 9 push ups, 3 tuck jumps….)
