Do you have any exercise recommendations for a 16 year old with a pars defect at L4?
Hi John. This response would probably be too long for a post here. It is hard to just give you an answer without really knowing what your specific situation is. Usually core stability exercises are going to be the best to start with such as planks, side planks, bridges and anti rotation drills.
