By purchasing a membership with My Workout Creator you understand that you will be charged automatically on a monthly basis. Your charge will depend on the membership level or any promotions that are offered. My Workout Creator is a subdivision of San Diego Premier Training. You will see a charge from San Diego Premier Training, Inc. on your bill statement. You are voluntarily participating in this service and have not been forced to do so. You understand that there are inherent risks associated with exercising. My Workout Creator or any staff will not be responsible for exercises that are performed without supervision.
You will consult your physician before attempting any type of exercise program, including those found on myworkoutcreator.com. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable with the workout or feel injured, you will stop immediately and consult with a physician. These exercise programs should not replace any programs that have been prescribed by your doctor.
You will not share workouts with anyone that is not a member of My Workout Creator without written permission from us. These workouts are designed specifically for you and should not be given to others. Sharing passwords and account information with non members is a form a piracy and you will face legal charges if found guilty.
